Meeting at the Golden Correll 8/4/08,  Meeting was called to order at 7:05 by Vice President, Bryan Melcher. Board members present were Polly Hillard, Allen Frye, Lacy Deputy, Jeanne McGuire and Cassie Brown.  Members present were Kara Frye, Chuck Deputy, Justin Jones and Jill Brown.  

Treasurers Report:  Polly reported we had 23,700.00 in account without payouts from CWHOF show.  She stated she had thought it looked we were going to break even at the show.

Old Business:  The CWHOF was discussed including vendors, and stall count at 165, and need for more help at certain times of the show.  The Luau slide was discussed including a dog dress up contest instead of a race, a silent auction, the fun class would be a water cup class, Lacy will bring cups.  A sponsorship list was given to Polly from Jeanne to make a poster for a thank you for our trophy sponsor list.  Polly will take care of this and other items will be given to Kara since Polly will not be at the show.  Chuck Deputy bought up the Justin Ricke Memorial fund and only 1 applicant applied this year and he asked how we could get this out to more students. It was suggested he announce at show.  

New Business:  Details discussed regarding job assignments for the show.
